On Saturday (July 27), the Furry Pawai segment was held by PAWAI (Party Along with Anthro Indonesia), an Indonesian furcon.

The segment was at the Indonesia Designer Art-Toys Expo Vol. 2 in Jakarta, organized by Sacca Productions. It aimed to introduce the Indonesian furry community to the public.

During the event, Chirros and Benji presented the history of the furry community. They highlighted the first furry event, Confurence, held in the United States in 1989.

They explained that many people become furries due to their childhood love for cartoons featuring animal characters.

Chirros presented statistics showing that the Indonesian furry community has over 1,100 members in the “Indonesia Furs” Facebook group. There are over 500 members in the “Furry Cafe” Discord group. Most live on the island of Java. Approximately 250 fursuits have been created in this community.

Most Indonesian furries are aged 16-25, with 83% identifying as male and 6% as female. Their roles and hobbies include artists (85%), fursuiters (40%), musicians (35%), writers (30%), and fursuit makers (3%).

Chirros showcased furry activities through photos from PAWAI 2023 and furry artworks. A panel discussion titled “Closer Look Indonesia Furry Fandom” was also held.

The event concluded with performances by fursuiters. Chirros, the head event organizer, sang a song. Tri-K (Kuma & Kizzy) performed a fursuit dance duet. There was also a special performance by Kanashi Mizu.

印尼兽迷首次亮相印尼设计师艺术玩具展

7月27日（星期六），印尼兽展PAWAI（Party Along with Anthro Indonesia）举办了《兽迷巡游》（Furry Pawai）环节。

该环节在雅加达举行的第二届印尼设计师艺术玩具展上亮相，由Sacca Productions组织，旨在向公众介绍印尼兽迷社群。

活动期间，Chirros 和 Benji 介绍了兽迷社区的历史，并特别提到了 1989 年在美国举办的第一届兽迷活动 Confurence。

他们解释说，许多人成为兽迷是因为他们从小就喜爱以动物角色为主角的动画片。

Chirros 展示的数据显示，印尼兽迷社区在脸书（Facebook）群组“Indonesia Furs”中拥有超过1100名成员。Discord群组 “Furry Cafe” 则有超过500名成员。大多数成员居住在爪哇岛。这个社区已经创作了大约250套兽装。
