Taiwan’s largest furry convention, Infurnity, took place from October 25th to 27th at the Fullon Hotel Lihpao Land in Taichung. The event saw a record-breaking 2,712 attendees.
This year’s theme, “Dungeons & Furries – Infurnity’s Gate,” drew inspiration from tabletop role-playing games (TRPGs), immersing participants in a grand, interactive adventure with a unique storyline crafted by the organisers.
Infurnity collaborated with several partners, including the Larp Bear Adventurers’ Guild (Larp Bear 冒险者公会) and the “LARP Prop House” (LARP 道具屋), to enhance the event’s content.
Renowned Japanese digital artist Murayama Ryota (村山竜大), or Ovopack, who designed the main visual for the convention, also attended and hosted a panel discussion.
Attendees could also enjoy a variety of panels, including one titled “Mission: Temple Culture in Taiwan” hosted by Fulgur (佛戈尔) and Evan (伊凡).
The hotel was decked out in adventure-themed decorations and standees, with fursuiters encountering unique NPCs (non-playable characters) throughout the venue.
The photography studio even featured a giant Mimic and a plethora of props for fursuiters to use in their photoshoots.
In Dungeons and Dragons, Mimic is a fictional monster that looks like a treasure chest.
Entertainment was a highlight, with the furcon’s performance show featuring 27 acts, from dance to music.
Live bands included Twin Trail (二足步行), “Burst Chrysanthemum” (They have no English name. 爆菊), and Otozumi (音隅オトズミ).
DJs Timothy (蜥蜴), Karter Lauder, Jeff Hazama, Dojou (泥鰍), TAKA, and Sorami kept the energy high during Friday and Sunday’s night dance parties.
The Dealers Den boasted 102 creators from Taiwan and abroad, showcasing a diverse range of goods. Notably, Taiwanese cultural and creative artists Paparaya (虎爷实习中) and DinDinDanDanDog (町町当当狗生活) made their Infurnity debut.
DinDinDanDanDog’s creator shared that they had been aware of Infurnity for years and, after their first experience at Furrymosa in June, decided to participate. They were drawn to Infurnity’s focus on community and interaction, particularly the opportunity to take photos with fursuiters.
Furrymosa is an annual furry dealers’ den event in Taiwan.
Paparaya debuted at Infurnity under the invitation of DinDinDanDanDog. They are considering to vend at other events too, like Furry Tea Party – coming February 2025.
The charity raffle was a huge success, raising a total of NT$950,800 (~S$39,199.78) for the Raptor Research Group of Taiwan (RRGT).
Meanwhile, a new “Charity Commission Booth” allowed attendees to commission artwork from their favourite artists, with all proceeds donated to the RRGT.
The closing ceremony unveiled the theme for next year’s Infurnity: “Zootopia”. It will be held from October 31st to November 2nd, 2025, once again at the Fullon Hotel Lihpao Land in Taichung.

2024兽无限「兽与地下城」在全新环境享受刺激冒险
台湾大型兽聚活动-兽无限Infurnity于10/25~27号，在台中丽宝福容大饭店进行为期三天的活动，参加人数也创下新纪录达2712位。
本届主题「兽与地下城-无限之门」采用TRPG（桌上角色扮演游戏）的题材，让参加者们感受到一场大型的TRPG游戏，并从中去了解活动方为参加者们准备的故事。
本次不仅邀请酥鱼和Larp Bear冒险者公会、LARP道具屋等多位合作伙伴为活动进行内容协助，也邀请绘制本次主视觉图的日本知名绘师村山龙大到现场进行座谈分享。
另外本次活动也有许多参加者进行讲座，精彩丰富主题让许多参加者到场聆听。
活动现场除了能在饭店内看到各种冒险主题的装饰、立牌与独特打扮的NPC之外，本次摄影棚也有一个大宝箱怪与大量道具让毛毛扮演者们能进行拍摄。
本次活动表演也是十分丰富，无限展演秀这次共有27组表演，从舞蹈到音乐演出应有尽有。
兽团队Live部分则有二足步行、爆菊、音隅オトズミ等共六个乐团上台演出。
DJ趴活动也分成周五和周日晚上，由蜥蜴、大声猫、Jeff Hazama、泥鳅、TAKA、Sorami共六位DJ分别进行，炒热活动现场。
本次贩售会有多达102个来自本地海外的创作者前来摆摊，展现出多样的商品。本届首次有台湾的文创作者「虎爷实习中」与「町町当当狗生活」前来。
町町当当狗生活的作者表示，他从好几年之前有听过兽无限，直到今年6月首次在Furrymosa摆摊后，觉得目前的作品跟商品可以来挑战看看，也对于兽无限有别于贩售会，是以交流为主，让他很想去跟毛毛拍照。
Furrymosa 是台湾一个年度毛兽摊位间活动。
虎爷实习中的作者也是受到町町当当狗生活的邀请下首次报名兽无限并参与贩售会，至于对其他活动如以茶会毛的贩售会，也表示有兴趣的会尝试报名看看。
本次公益抽奖活动也受到许多参加者的支持，最后总募款金额为新台币 950800 元（约新币39,199.78 元）并捐赠给台湾猛禽研究会、另外也首次举办慈善委托摊，让参加者可以找心仪的绘师并委托，费用则全数捐给官方合作的动物公益组织团体。
活动闭幕式上官方也公布明年的主题为《万兽方城市》，时间将订于2025年10月31号到11月2号，地点则跟今年一样在台中丽宝福容大饭店。
