Formerly known as Furry Meeting in Taiwan (FurMIT), Taiwan furcon Unfurgettable Taiwan Furry Gathering (UTFG) debut in its new name on 19–20 July 2025 at the Sheraton Hsinchu Hotel.

The immersive campus-themed furcon drew 2,010 attendees.

The event opened with hosts Seasnow (季雪) and @midni9htwhisper, followed by a special performance from Japanese furry dance group ROOFxLOOP, which set the stage with an energetic show.

During the festival, attendees could choose one of four “school houses”, before playing themed games to earn points. At last, those points can be used to redeem exclusive souvenirs. 

For the first time, the furcon introduced arcade machines such as Taiko no Tatsujin, Maimai, and Dance Evolution Arcade set up in the “information classroom” for attendees to play.

The furcon featured 25 panels covering a wide range of topics, giving attendees opportunities to learn and exchange ideas.

To complement the school theme, the organisers also arranged a “sports day” segment, a balloon party, and DJ party. 

The DJ party opened with ICE and Seasnow‘s jointly performance.

The “sports day” segment included four competitions, with winners recognised publicly during the closing ceremony.

The event also continued FurMIT’s signature talent show, with 24 performer groups split into two teams: “Emerald Claw” and “Orange Tail”. After rounds of performances and audience voting, Team “Orange Tail” emerged as the winner.

Eventually, a charity raffle closed the furcon, raising NT$702,950 (about SGD $28,821).

Prizes included acrylic plaques from ROOFxLOOP, special invitation passes, and acrylic boards – with a total of 25 prizes.

Proceeds from the charity raffle were donated to the Leopard Cat Association of Taiwan and the Be Kind to Animal Association.

The closing ceremony featured additional fursuit performances, before announcing next year’s theme: World Journey.

The furcon fully concluded with more than 30 furries performing We’re All In This Together.
A post-furcon “Graduation Banquet” followed, with fine dining, cocktails and live music.

UTFG学院祭首度登场 带领参加者回味校园生活

前身为 FurMIT 的台湾兽展团队「UTFG」，于2025年7月19至20日，在新竹丰邑喜来登大饭店举办首届《UTFG学院祭》，活动以校园主题配合沉浸式内容，吸引 2010 位参加者前来一同共襄盛举。

活动由主持人季雪和犬神子夜揭开序幕，并邀请特别嘉宾日本兽装舞蹈团 ROOFxLOOP（るーふる）进行开幕表演，炒热现场气氛。活动期间设有四大学院主题，参加者可选择所属学院并搜集学分，兑换限定纪念品。

活动有多达 25 个讲座活动（panels），涵盖多元主题让参与者能有交流机会。此外为了呼应校园主题，官方还规划主题运动会、气球派对、DJ Party 等多元活动。

延续前活动FurMIT的经典节目「闪耀舞台」，本次共有24个表演团队登台演出，并分成翠绿之爪与橙光之尾两个队伍进行对决，争取自己队伍获得台下观众们的支持，最终由橙光之尾夺得优胜。

最后压轴的公益抽奖活动，共募集到新台币 702950 元（约新币 $28,821）。

奖项来自 ROOFxLOOP 的压克力牌、活动特别招待券、プロダクション体育馆的压克力板等共多达 25 个奖项，所有募款金额将在活动后捐赠给「台湾石虎保育协会」与「好好善待动物协会」。

活动尾声除了有感谢名单外，更有Wannabeast、Aku与塔卡鲁、BEING WILD、kemono project、ROOFxLOOP等毛毛舞团接力演出，并公告明年活动主题为「环游世界」，诚挚邀请所有参加者们明年再来共襄盛举，展开全新冒险旅程。
