Our Structure
Overall, GFTV employs a flat organisation structure. There are four sections, each with their own purpose. But all personnel may synergise no matter what division they are in.
GFTV officers show this synergy. In GFTV, each Division has officers of different areas of focus, called Division Leaders. They second the PAL, the leadership division. Together with the Project Lead and Operations Officer, they form GFTV’s de facto board of directors.
This makes all Division Leaders and in effect all personnel a guarantor of checks and balances in GFTV, especially when making certain decisions such as amending the Charter.

Recruitment Process
If you want to join GFTV, you may apply on the GFTV Integrated Team Intake Portal (iTIP). We will process your application for one week. If you are shortlisted, we will contact you via email.
When you are shortlisted, you first join the CCS. While not yet a full team member, you may attend all meetings and help in all other divisions. When you show commitment and are of sound character, you may gain full membership.
All personnel, including CCS Members, shall be equally bound to the GFTV Charter.
